Pallavi Gondipalli

Pallavi Gondipalli is a capital formation specialist and a fierce advocate for mental health and neurodiversity education in early childhood. Pallavi has navigated complex investment strategies across venture capital, private equity, hedge funds and direct deals, and now advises investment executives and company founders in frontier / niche asset classes. Pallavi’s passion for her work stems from helping others forge long-term partnerships founded on trust, shared philosophy and objectives. Her most recent leadership roles were at CoinFund (crypto venture capitalist), Luminus (specialist energy fund) and LS Power (power private equity). In recent years, Pallavi has witnessed the paralyzing challenges faced by neurodiverse adolescents beginning in kindergarten through her daughter’s eyes (dyslexia / adhd). Through non-profits like Benetech, she looks to raise the importance of social emotional wellbeing in early education. Pallavi is a graduate of The Wharton School (MBA) and Emory University (BBA).
