Our approach

It is important to provide learning materials and support to students with learning disabilities, whether they are in rural or urban communities; in charter, public or private schools or schooled at home.  All learners have the right to access educational opportunities.

Technology within Education

Our deep technological knowledge and passion for educational accessibility makes us a bridge between tech and underserved communities. Benetech works with different communities of students with learning variabilities. These are students who struggle to read and learn due to learning challenges like dyslexia, as well as blindness, low vision, cerebral palsy, and other physical disabilities.

1

Content through accessible learning materials

We prioritize high-quality, accessible learning materials that meet rigorous academic standards and real student needs. For example, providing accessible STEM content ensures students with disabilities can pursue competitive careers and shape the future of innovation.

2

Technology: seamless tools for effective learning

Our tools and services are designed for seamless integration into students’ and educators’ daily routines. Whether in classrooms or home learning environments, we ensure accessibility is simple, effective, and built into the platforms they already use.

3

Engagement: personalized and broad-reaching support

We foster meaningful connections with students, educators, and communities through nationwide digital outreach and personalized support.

4

Capacity building: training to empower educators and caregivers

We provide training and technical assistance to ensure teachers, students, and families can confidently navigate and utilize accessible learning resources.

5

Data: measuring success to improve education

By collecting and analyzing key insights on content usage and accessibility, we continuously refine and enhance our services, ensuring they drive meaningful educational outcomes.
