Benetech’s Bookshare initiative is set to empower Africa’s 20 million people who have reading barriers through increased access to information.
With the launch of Bookshare Ireland, people with reading barriers, such as dyslexia or a visual impairment, just got access to over 500,000 books in multiple digital formats that they can read in a variety of different formats, totaling two million reading options.
